I placed an order with Smartpress and had it rushed to 2 day processing, they took 3 days. I paid $140 extra for 2 day shipping and they sent it 4 day shipping. I went back and forth with their customer service and they refused to make it right. Their products were nice but I won’t be using them again!
Smartpress is the best printing service I have ever used. It is absolutely amazing!They have quick, helpful, unparalleled customer service, good, detailed ordering process, and outstanding finished products. I would rate it ten out of five stars if I could. Use this service if you want good printing services!
