Phone just needed a new battery. Dropped the phone off and when I picked it up, the home button does not work AT ALL! They were unable to replace the battery and now, I have a broken phone! Thanks! I will not be recommending your services in the future!
My ipad mini suddenly stopped working. They told me to bring it in and he had it fixed in a minute, at no charge. The tech showed me what to do if it happens again because all it needed was a soft reboot. Being a total non techie, I didn't even know what that was. I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism. I would recommend them.
