worse service I've had in a while... i was told phone would be ready in an hour... ended up being two hours after the first one they put on didn't work. After finally getting my phone back it realized that my microphone for my speaker was no longer working... meaning i can't record videos, can't use my face time, can't use the phone with speaker phone. I went back with my receipt letting them know my issue and the fact that it was working fine before i gave it to them... and they wanted to charge me more for something i didn... read more
