I called today and they denied my ride for Monday for pickup and drop off because I didn’t call a week advance even though in the past I would always call on a Friday to schedule a ride and they seemed fine with it now they ain’t
The black lady is so rude, lazy and unprofessional. I always have problems whenever I call her for bookings, so does my mom. I hope however is in charge of the place considers retraining her, she needs to be more professional.
Kind drivers and fast sevice
I’ve used smart link a couple times and am glad I got to wherever I was going. It’s the customer service that sucks, their matter of fact, flippancy is maddening. I will not promote them and will not use their services again!
