I am a current tenant and feel it’s important to share my experience. Over the past several months, I have had multiple charges added to my account without prior notice, documentation, or proof. These charges are often added right before rent is due, which creates unnecessary stress and interferes with my ability to pay my rent properly. I’m BACK at it again!! 🥰🥰 I was away all weekend and came home to a very cold apartment. Checked thermostat and breaker box only to find cold air blowing!
