I’m BACK at it again!! 🥰🥰 I was away all weekend and came home to a very cold apartment. Checked thermostat and breaker box only to find cold air blowing! I put in a regular work order via Appfolio portal, then called the number. WOW!!! Maintenance Tech David Scott!! Very impressed with his thoroughness, knowledge, professionalism and over all technical acumen. He came 2 days after the first tech showed up that didn't do anything and left. David came and completed 3 plumbing work orders quickly, effectively and efficiently! Nice job!!!
Will was great at communicating with us during the self guided tour.
