While the apartments were nice Alex was nice but completely lied to my face to get my money he told me they would be able to work with my credit(lie) he told me if I did the application for $50 I would be able to get approved and that he would call me the very next morning with news if it’s a yes or no mind you prior to the showing I was able to reach him no problem at any time now that they got my money I can’t seem to reach him or anyone else anyday at anytime lol that’s sick and wrong to do to people when I told u you cou... read more
I want to give a special thank you to Alex and Valerie Due to the storm in Ohio, my apartment went down and these two great people have put me in Unit Which is beautiful and I can’t be more thankful for them. Both of them are. Great landlords, great management my new apartment building is amazing and secured.
Alex is the best he showed us different apartments and was very professional very nice and understanding we love our new home and can’t wait to settle all the way in
I did an application for a 2 bedroom on or about March 6. Today is march 16th , after emailing, using the chat on the website calling the property and leaving voicemails and calling the leasing agent i have yet to hear any news back . The application fee was 100 dollars for my husband and I . I submitted all necessary documentation. Update: still no responses from anybody. I contacted corporate. I chat with the live chat on the website, I even called Alex who said he would respond in a hour and it had been 72 hours at this ... read more
My daughter viewed an apartment, and rented same day due to unforeseen events at her last residence. Apartment is nice, tidy with nice amenities and a nice sized patio. Kevin, the rental agent was very nice and even stayed late to make sure our application was handled in a timely fashion. Will review again in 3 months , but so far so good. Quick, efficient, professional service.
