Alex is the best he showed us different apartments and was very professional very nice and understanding we love our new home and can’t wait to settle all the way in

Both of them are. Great landlords, great management my new apartment building is amazing and secured.
Horrible I’ve put my application in over 4 months ago , no response no email back no anything reached out to numerous people, I’ve tried to get in contact with Alex thousands of times to no avail, what leasing agent doesn’t answer the phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I did an application for a 2 bedroom on or about March 6. Today is march 16th , after emailing, using the chat on the website calling the property and leaving voicemails and calling the leasing agent i have yet to hear any news back . The application fee was 100 dollars for my husband and I . I submitted all necessary documentation. Update: still no responses from anybody. I contacted corporate. I chat with the live chat on the website, I even called Alex who said he would respond in a hour and it had been 72 hours at this ... read more
