We booked the omelet chef for a pre-conference event of about 35 people. We live in Sweden and did the booking and arrangements via phone and email. Chef Bennie meet with us the day before at the venue to discuss the logistics. He also provided tables for lunch. We had a morning coffee break, lunch, and afternoon coffee break. Absolutely phenomenal service and food. We used The Omelet Chef to cater an event in our office and it worked out perfectly. The Chef arrived early, set-up everything before the guest arrived, and cooked perfectly golden, made to order omelets. There was never a long wait for the omelets and the juice and coffee were great as well. I can't recommend them highly enough for a business function and will definitely be calling again for my private events.
