There is always a chance of something going wrong in any home improvement so it matters if the company doing the repairs shows up or not. I can not say enough about how much this company cares about the customer and the product they deliver. When they say they stand behind their product and workmanship, you can absolutely take that to the bank!! I can’t say enough good things about this company, especially my rep Owen Griffith. From the very beginning, Owen took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I understood exactly what to expect from start to finish. What impressed me most was how effectively he worked with my insurance company. He handled the communication professionally, helped navigate the claims process, and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to manage.
