Smartfit is the efficient and effective workout, and ‘EMS’ exhausts the fast twitch muscle fibers. You can try to exercise the fast twitch fibers on your own, BUT you have to push your muscles to total exhaustion- that’s very hard and time consuming to do. Smartfit saves your time.

First time trying this , coming up for a month now. If you have limited time because of work schedule this is worth it. In 20 min I feel like I’ve spent a solid hour plus’s at a weight gym pushing hard . If you have let you fitness slip the Mr K will push you and keep you moving for the 20 min without pushing to the point were you hurt yourself, great trainer.
