Yesterday, I purchased two pairs of sunglasses...and, they are not cheap...and, within 24 hours, I called to see about returning one of the pairs of glasses. It is a long story but I simply made a mistake in purchasing the second pair. I was told that they do not accept returns and I can only get store credit. I can buy a car, drive it off the lot and return it within 7 days but not eyeglasses that I have never even taken out of the box? Policy fail. Lost customer.🤨😔
The lenses pop out of my glasses. Won’t stay in at all. They told me it was my fault 🤔 and the frames were just cheap and poorly made (I bought the frames from them; again 🤔). I used to love this place. Shocked at how I was treated.

Autumn Blache, the manager of the Highland Park store is THE BEST at adjusting your frames to fit and is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Be sure to ask for her! Amazing customer service!

Have you ever walked in a place and felt like "your kind don't belong around here"? Well that's how my two cousins and I felt after entering this establishment. We walked in, no type of greeting or customer service which is fine, two workers just looked at us like we were crazy. The only problem I had is while we were shopping for glasses, on three separate occasions customers walked in and got a warm greeting and excellent customer service.
