Fantastic service from our initial enquiry to finish ..Great guys Ben Sam and Mason went over the top to make sure we were comfortable ...even in the extreme heat these guys worked hard to get the job done Explained everything ,neat, tidy and friendly. job done on time air con works great even took our old ones away
I would highly recommend Smarter Air to anyone. I found the 5 star reviews I read prior to engaging them to be absolutely bang on. From first contact with Amanda and communicating with Alex during the quoting stage down to the lads on site I found them to be faultless. They were also extremely competitive in there pricing.
Excellent service and results. The team installed temperature sensors and optimised our ducted air-conditioning system, and the difference was immediate. The system now runs more efficiently and feels much more balanced across the house. Their response was very quick, with no hold-ups at any stage, and they were super responsible and professional throughout. Highly recommend
If you need any electrical work or air conditioning get in touch with Phil and the team, absolutely magnificent. Had a different company come out and tell me my air conditioner was cactus. Got in contact with Smarter Air and Electrical and they solved the issue without having to replace my unit. Honest reliable and awesome customer service Cheers
We just had our unit installed a few days ago and wow...what a difference it has made. The process was so easy from start to finish. Alex was happy to run us through every system until we found exactly what we needed. The officecwas a pleasure to deal with. The installers, led by Ben were so considerate and professional and took such great pride in their work. I can't thank Ben and his team enough.
