Randy was quite exceptional in his care for the equipment and his understanding. Extremely patient with a strong desire to make sure that we were totally pleased with our new TV and the sound system. Very friendly yet professional. His assistant, Mitchell was also friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable. Our experience with Smartek has been above and beyond.

Our experience with SmarTek was amazing! We have used them several times, and every time they deliver excellent products and service. Our most recent purchase was a set of KEF speakers and the sound is so clear. This was their recommendation and now we can’t wait to have a second pair installed in our outdoor patio area.
