I’m writing this based on a close friend’s experience with Smarte Real Estate, and honestly, it was disappointing to hear how badly things were handled—especially under the management of Kathy. From the start, communication was poor. Emails and maintenance requests were often ignored or delayed for weeks. Kathy is a lovely and hardworking property manager. She takes care of my tenants and always go above and beyond. She gives great and honest suggestions on what needs to be done and always have a solution. I am very lucky to meet such a genuine and knowledgeable person. She is extremely busy but always ready for a chat. I have recommended Kathy to many friends. Thank you for taking care of my properties.
Worst realeaste experience! My house had so much maintenance that wasnt attended too, Kathy is unprofessional, didn't show for inspections regularly always my fault something was wrong but it was general maintenance.
