kathy has been absolutely amazing and she has 2 big teddy bears (dogs) that love a good pat hehe overall my experience has been good and i'm so thankful for her service and getting us a house to rent
Kathy started with just two properties which were blighted by shockingly bad tenants. $10k in arrears $20k in damage and even defecation and urination. She was brilliant in the "War" with SACAT that enabled this tenant behaviour. Then she managed the rehabilitation of these brand new properties. Also, Kathy managed the sale of two properties and even staged them. Needless to say Kathy manages all my properties in this area.
I’m writing this based on a close friend’s experience with Smarte Real Estate, and honestly, it was disappointing to hear how badly things were handled—especially under the management of Kathy. From the start, communication was poor. Emails and maintenance requests were often ignored or delayed for weeks. Even urgent issues, like broken plumbing and heating problems, were not addressed promptly. This left my friend feeling frustrated and helpless in their own home.
