Worst realeaste experience! My house had so much maintenance that wasnt attended too, Kathy is unprofessional, didn't show for inspections regularly always my fault something was wrong but it was general maintenance.
Kathy was so horrible, she made the experience of buying my first home the worst, on a day that I should have been the happiest I was crying because of her. Every step was difficult, she took advantage of me being a first buyer and not knowing the process, she was unreliable, unresponsive and made everything as difficult as possible and would not cater to simple requests. And then threatened to sue me if I left a bad review. Stay as far away from this realestate as possible.
Whether you are a landlord or a renter, if you don't want to be stressed or losing money, STAY AWAY from Kathy and her Smart real estate. We let our house through them but was a very frustrating and stressful time: poor communication, broken promises, poor advertising, unprofessional inspections and reports, delayed information, stress for the landlord, dishonest with the tenant. We rented through Smarte for about 5 years, only got into our own home last year, and while we were grateful to have a roof (in this instance roofs) over our head, I would not recommend. We had to move basically every year as landlords would sell to owner occupied buyers (well within their right) but having to move so much was so exhausting, and basically each house had issues that were either bandaid remedied or not fixed at all. Stay away from this real Estate. They made me feel like I wouldn't get much for my house. I took the offer and then found out that my house was worth so more. I had no idea. DONT GET SUCKED IN BY THESE PEOPLE.
