Machine is a crook. We inserted a $20 bill gave us back change in special coins you cannit use anywhere else. Then, no matter how hard we couldn't pull out the cart(s) we tried and inserted $5 x 2 times. No number to call for assistance or anyone to ask for help. Lost $20 total, $5 x 2 +10 coins can't do nothing with because you can't even insert them, machine doesn't accept these or any coins. Total Scam!
