These dudes go above and beyond to upkeep my property.
I have had an AWFUL experience with Smartdigs and the new owner of the property. They are charging me thousands of dollars for damages that I did not do. One being their “maintenance” man who dented my door so they want to charge me 343.80 and 42.89 for something THEIR people did. A door knob which clearly I never changed, 42.89, a missing cabinet in a medicine cabinet that was NEVER there 65.50.
