Great clinic. They are always nice. Easy appointment scheduling on line. A good place to go if you're unsure about an ER visit.only been there once with long wait. Usually on time if not early. Prescription e-scribed in before I left so ready when I got to drug store. Waiting room large and clean.
I never leave bad reviews, but WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They didn’t inform me that my insurance wasn’t going to cover my appointment and then CHARGED MY CARD $200 WITHOUT TELLING ME! No email, call, or mail. I checked my account one day and it was there. When you arrive for an appointment they ask you to sign something and for your card info. They didnt inform me that the reason for that was so that they can charge your card whenever you want. The ladies at the front were not kind, welcoming, or communicative.
