I was a recent patient at SmartCare Surgery Center in Palm Harbor, FL, where I was receiving medical treatment for Cervical Stenosis. Dr. Thomas Tolli was the attending physician and provided first-rate care and attention to my neck pain issues. In fact, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional.
