I am updating my review because my experience with this company has taken a disappointing turn. What began as a positive relationship has become extremely frustrating. The owner/agent, Abimbola Eboda, has been dishonest with me, and her conduct has been unprofessional. I reached out to confirm whether an employee would be reporting to work this morning, as my father had returned home from respite care while I was out of the country. This company has been amazing for my dad. They come every week, always on time, and treat him with so much kindness. The caregivers make him feel comfortable and cared for, and it gives our family real peace of mind. We’re so grateful for their support!

This is a great agency. The nurses that I have that care for my son are reliable and great to work with. The agency can do better on replacement nurses whenever another nurse takes off for vacation or a sick day. I can vouch for the agency using every available resource they have to provide. I would like to thank the manager and her colleagues for their patience, support and understanding. I would recommend the agency to those that could use reliable care.
