This is a great agency. The nurses that I have that care for my son are reliable and great to work with. The agency can do better on replacement nurses whenever another nurse takes off for vacation or a sick day. I can vouch for the agency using every available resource they have to provide. I would like to thank the manager and her colleagues for their patience, support and understanding. I would recommend the agency to those that could use reliable care.
My son has been a patient with this company for many years. I have nothing less then a positive experience from a parents stand point. From communication, to the actual nurses in my home it has all been a great experience.
I am very pleased with SmartCare. Extremely kind, reliable, and caring staff. Have been able to meet needs of caring for my son overnight, so my husband and myself can get a good nights rest. I have worked with 2 other agencies and did not have the personal understanding of our situation and making the proper care happen in a kind and caring manner.
