It was easy to order and paying monthly. Very nice personnel.
Great place to store all of your belongings , affordable, and safe. I have mine since 2018 , they can deliver to any place in US so there is no brainer , recommended
We have ordered two pods for dropoff today. The pods are 4 hours late and after multiple hours on hold and no response to multiple emails we are starting to get very nervous that we will need to find other accommodations for our cross country move. This is for the chicago location.
SMARTBOX PERFORMS UNDER SHADY PRACTICES! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SMARTBOX! I have had nothing but issues with Smartbox for years. I finally decided recently I had enough and scheduled to have my items delivered to my home. Of course I was charged the $119 delivery/return fee. The first question I asked the rep was how long could i have the box out. I was told I had 2 weeks to have the box on my premises before an extra fee would be charged.
