The most stressful moving experience I have had to date. They changed my moving dates of when the boxes would be dropped off and picked up at the very last minute. They tried to compensate this error with labor to load the smartboxes, but the movers that came were very rude, dropped our stuff and packed the boxes poorly. We would have been better off doing it ourselves. After initially having difficulty with Smartbox and giving them a 1 star rating I am editing my review to 3 stars. The local Plano, Tx manager, Troy, was easy to deal with and was able to handle the issues in an expedited manner. Thanks Troy for your assistance!
