this company has very rude workers no customer service calling us a Lier and they will not set a time to come and get there box out of our yard. I will not recommend this company to any one their storage box leak and ruined all of our stuff.
Incredibly happy with the level of service I've received from Brian and Smartbox! This is truly a class outfit with someone who just "gets it". The level of customer service is simply outstanding. The boxes were always delivered to my place exactly when I expected them, and it was never a problem for me to access my boxes whenever I would need to get something. Just a fantastic experience!

Can't believe this company is still in business. Most of our belongings were stolen, no recourse, terrible experience.
Can’t say enough good things about SmartBox!! Everyone we worked with was so friendly and accommodating - from the booking to loading - they made the process as simple as could be. Brian (owner) personally picked up the boxes and was so helpful and flexible when we needed additional help. He went over and beyond!
