Let me start by saying I have never had a more professional and knowledgeable individual to work with then Jonah Bean. He truly helped me with all of my needs for me, my wife, and business. With workers and team like that I will always recommend this back to other business owners and friends.
I have been with SmartBank for over 6 wonderful years. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I had a complicated issue that Noah and April straightened out with follow up!

If your bank is so smart then why charge people a $6 fee to cash a check drafted from your bank? I guarantee I will never step foot in this establishment again over the first interaction I ever had with them charging a non-member a fee to cash a check is a surefire way I will never want to become a member
Never have been here before but I’m at chipotle a lot and they always seem to get a good amount of people in there and they always seem happy ;) the security guard outside outside is so nice as well!!
