Never have been here before but I’m at chipotle a lot and they always seem to get a good amount of people in there and they always seem happy ;) the security guard outside outside is so nice as well!!

Terrible customer care location, avoid this cedar bluff location and instead go to the Farragut branch where Phillip the manager and his team actually care to explain and help you solve any problems or questions you might have.
