The store "opens" at 9:00 am. I waited almost an hour to get in the store to pay a bill for a friend, the FedEx even show up to drop off a package and no one was there. I would have gone to a different location but the closest one was 30 minutes away and I wasn't going to go 30 minutes out of my way. It would of been nice if they were open at the time or at least near the time the sign on the door and the website said.

I came in to pay my bill because I prefer not to do it online. I was greeted and helped instantly. The person who waited on me was so helpful and held the door for me on my way out! Wow!!!

I had a great experience at this location. The staff greeted me at the door on the way in and held it open again on the way out. The gentleman was patient, helpful, and very kind.

Sunday February 15th 2:05 PM, came in with no internet service, bad sim card, it was replace in a jiffy, left happy as a clam in the Oregon coast. Thank you

This review is of the Keizer Station Blvd location in Keizer, OR. Make sure you find a real AT&T location to do business with! They are extremely helpful when they are trying to sell you a phone or connect a new line of service because it puts money in their pockets. However, after the sale is complete they don't follow through with any of the things that they promised.
