I bought a 2015 ford fusion SE with 44,915 km on it. Drove it to Sudbury and it died one day after having it. Needless to say I was upset but after speaking to the owner on the phone (Slav) he said he would do whatever it takes to get it fixed...which he did and he paid for every little thing too. I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla here. Bobby is a great guy, very easy to talk to, and definitely knows his stuff. EDIT: I have now owned this car for approximately 2 months. When purchased it had an EVAP related engine code that I was assured would be fixed free of charge at the neighboring mechanic (Illicit Motorsports) that is owned and operated by the same owner as Smart Wheels. I had A great time purchasing my first vehicle from the smartwheels... Bobby was great to work with, and I shan't ever forget this first vehicle purchase... Bobby was a phenomenal salesman. I was in a pinch after a deer strike to get a new car. And Bobby wasn’t pushy, he treated me like a person and gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision on the car I bought. Very quick, easy, and seamless process
Bought a 2015 lancer here and had a great experience. Robert wasn't pushy, or rude and was incredibly friendly. He was also very reasonable when negotiating, and was able to help me find a good rate within my budget. Would definitely recommend buying a car here.
