Smart Wheels ain’t too smart. Came with cash ready to make a deal. Owner wasn’t there but was called on the phone. My husband is a mechanic and we wanted to have a conversation about a bunch of sketchy things under the hood. Wouldn’t even talk to us or give us the time of day. Horrible. Don’t waste your time. I’ll take my cash somewhere else. Keep your overpriced and butchered ass car bro
The 2 stars I'm giving are for Bobby in the sales department. Bobby is very approachable, friendly, and not pushy at all. I purchased a used vehicle from Smart Wheels a few years ago and had a good experience with the process and and result, which is the reason I went back to find another vehicle for my wife there. Bobby is absolutely fantastic. Was very knowledgeable and honest when assisting me finance a car for the first time. Helped me every step of the way and wasn’t pushy the entire process. Would highly recommend Smart Wheels especially Bobby if you are in search of a car.
Bought a 2015 lancer here and had a great experience. Robert wasn't pushy, or rude and was incredibly friendly. He was also very reasonable when negotiating, and was able to help me find a good rate within my budget. Would definitely recommend buying a car here.
