I’d like to thank Jerry Benedetto and his team! Jerry inspected the house and suggested I do some repairs and remodeling. Liza Young, team member, had contractors she recommended. I hired them and the work was completed in about a month and half and once that was completed we closed very soon after. The house was never listed because Jerry had a buyer he was familiar with and knew my house would be what that buyer was looking for.
