Despite all the other great reviews I just read, my experience was nothing like that. As a courtesy, I withheld leaving this review before I spoke to the owner Don. That conversation took place this evening, Don was sure to say he'd use my story during the next meeting with his team to enforce they're advocating and not missing anything for the clients they represent.
