Terrible product, terrible customer service and they have not provided a refund despite me following their returns policy. What a waste of money and time. P.S. I didn't even want to give them 1 star.
Do not buy!!! It’s scam
I ordered a watch for my child. It's been two weeks. Not yet shipped Sent an email and got no response. It is a very ugly act.
Oh, dear so much bad reviews and I wish I had read all this before purchasing 2 fitbit watches. It's been over a week and haven't received the parcel, thought it was stolen but looks like the company delays posting, which is a plus. I rang their number today and no response so about to email them. I don't understand why the others haven't complained to Consumer affairs to look into their practices.
This company is appalling, I'm waiting for my refund after I cancelled my order on the same day I placed it. I was told over a week ago that they had processed my refund and I still don't have it. I have been emailing them daily and I am not getting any response. I have now told them I'm seeking legal advice. Please please don't purchase from this company.
