They came out multiple times to fix a persistent clicking noise in my unit and still failed to resolve the issue. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem, the installer said the noise is “normal” because the unit is a Midea, it’s made in China, it’s cheap product, and claimed that this wouldn’t happen if I had chosen a more expensive brand.
