During the installation of new split systems, silicon was spilt on my couch. Very disappointing considering it was a brand new couch. Left cuttings and rubbish and did not clean up.
Krishna Kasturi at Smart Upgrades acted unethically, repeatedly twisting facts and providing false information. The company issued two offers (multi‑split heating/cooling and a solar battery) but entered incorrect details about my energy profile and insisted on a switchboard upgrade. When I asked him to correct the proposal and questioned Krishna on the switchboard issue, he withdrew both offers and falsely claimed his team could not meet “my requirements,” despite written confirmations in emails (see below) and SMS.
