They came out multiple times to fix a persistent clicking noise in my unit and still failed to resolve the issue. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem, the installer said the noise is “normal” because the unit is a Midea, it’s made in China, it’s cheap product, and claimed that this wouldn’t happen if I had chosen a more expensive brand. We had a multi head split system installed in a property and we were very happy with the whole process from the sales person (Himanshu) to the electrician and other tradies, all of them did a very good job. Two weeks later we had a heat pump installed in another property and it was done in three days as the previous hot water system was broken. We also had a multi head split system installed in this second property. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently as the first time. Highly recommended
