I had a very disappointing experience with Smart Upgrades. The installation required rectification after involvement from the Building and Plumbing Commission, and the issue took around 2.5 months to resolve. During the rectification work, concrete dust/residue was left on my artificial lawn despite my request that it be protected. Their technician Maddy gave detailed education, explanations ,comparing different choices and how they affect your pockets. I believe these people can't be beaten on price
