We purchased a used 4Runner from Smart Toyota. We had a few issues that popped up shortly after purchasing it and Roger took incredible care of us! We don’t expect perfection and know that used cars can come with issues. He communicated frequently and they went above and beyond by finding something extra that needed to be remedied and took care of it. We hadn’t had great experiences previously with the service department here but Roger was top notch to work with and we will work with him in the future again.
We worked with Rodney Potter in purchasing a new RAV 4 Hybrid. Rodney's service was great! The RAV 4 needed to be ordered. Mr. Potter would text us with timely updates regarding the status of the car. It was delivered when he said it would be delivered. Rodney is a good communicator and he is reliable. He was very thorough in making sure we knew how to operate the features in our new car. If you are looking to purchase an automobile from Smart Toyota, we recommend that you ask for/work with Rodney Potter!
Going to the dealer for eight year's purchased four cars over the years. Dealership has change hands. Greg and Todd in New and used car sales are awesome. Service can be good or poor depending on the day. Great people and smiles but tend to forget about the details. Techs leaving oil smeared or drips. Told one day by a advisor but three days later no call, customer concerns not written on repair order, etc. This type of treatment for premium prices doesn't make sense for a customer who just wants to over service his cars? My Highlander's V6 engine strictly requires 0W-20. Always double-check your service paperwork and stickers here to ensure they added the correct oil, because running the wrong oil will eventually damage your engine. I had one of the worst service experiences I've ever had at Toyota Express Service on Odana Road. I scheduled an 11:00 AM oil change for my 2022 Toyota Highlander Limited V6 AWD.
