Seriously? +$200 for diagnosis even with work being done. It was a check engine light which the autobody place read for free and come up with the same conclusion, a faulty thermostat. To cut to the chase, if your Toyota warranty period is over, support your local mechanics.
Arrived early for 4 pm appointment for tire rotation and fluid check. It is more expensive to go to Smart. But at 4:15 my car us still sitting outside and person at service desk is rude when I inquire. I have purchased 5 new vehicles from Smart since 2010. Now considering taking all of my business elsewhere.

We were very happy with our purchase of a new RAV4 at Smart Toyota. Nathan, our sales person, was very non-pressure, while keeping the ball rolling to get the job done. Garret gave us a complete orientation of our new car, which was very much appreciated. We live 130 miles from the dealership, so most of our communications prior to purchase was done via email. Highly recommend Smart Toyota of Madison WI!
