Smart Toyota was absolutely amazing! I’m very happy with everything. Tyler in sales and David in service were both so helpful and professional. Everything went perfectly, and I’ll definitely recommend them to everyone!
Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. I dropped my car off for something as basic as an oil and filter change, and less than two miles after picking it up, my tire pressure suddenly dropped to 9–10 psi. That’s not a coincidence — either gross negligence or someone tampered with my car. To make things worse, my brakes — which their "inspection report" claimed were in excellent condition — started making bizarre noises right after the service. Seriously? +$200 for diagnosis even with work being done. It was a check engine light which the autobody place read for free and come up with the same conclusion, a faulty thermostat. To cut to the chase, if your Toyota warranty period is over, support your local mechanics.
Arrived early for 4 pm appointment for tire rotation and fluid check. It is more expensive to go to Smart. But at 4:15 my car us still sitting outside and person at service desk is rude when I inquire. I have purchased 5 new vehicles from Smart since 2010. Now considering taking all of my business elsewhere.
Very happy with service received and David Killerlain, my service writer. Love my Toyota.
