After several previous repairs, they totally botched a screen replacement on my iPad Air II. Other than a cracked screen it worked fine. Took it in for repair and got it back with a new screen but the "home" button was displaced and the iPad wouldn't charge. They denied doing anything to cause it and said it "just happens". This was on August 29, 2017. Five months later I STILL do not have my ipad and they have refused to allow me "access to the premises" to pick it up because I "escalated" the situation.
