The owner is a real jerk. I found this place on craigslist to install a Viper alarm system. The sensitivity was set too high and I would get false alarms even when the neighborhood ice cream truck would drive by or when UPS or the garbage truck would drive by. When I called the owner told me to come in at 11am on a Tuesday and they would "take a look at the problem". I got there at 11am and was told "the owner and alarm installer are not here today".
