This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Every time I spoke to someone, I got a different story. They lied to my home warranty company, which has resulted in months without an operational dishwasher. Jasmine and Tony, in particular, were extremely rude and dishonest throughout the process. They never returned calls and came out multiple times only to do the same thing without resolving the issue. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

LG referred me to smart tech for my LG refrigerator. Dave came to my house and figured out what was wrong and luckily he had a compressor on the van. A couple of hours later it was up and running again. It’s been a few days and still going good.Dave did a great job, he let us know what he was doing , while working on the refrigerator.Thank you Dave! Highly recommended smart tech!!!
Excellent service - was able to get an appointment within a few days of my call and he fixed our problem while on site. He had the part in his truck so no delay for ordering. Very reasonable price. Friendly and courteous. We will use them again for appliance repair.
