NONE OF THESE PHONE NUMBERS WORK SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME ASAP
multiple company phone numbers not working. I have 2 clients that have not been able to contact them for months after a shady tax preparer who was only there part time started but did not finish their return and passed it to a co-worker who told them the return was filed but never sent a copy. Fast forward a year later here we are no where to get this return from and not a phone number in sight that works.
They are very informative in all tax questions and walk they the process step by step and beyond world class customer service they have A rating in my book !!!
