Omar was very professional and helpful. He did a superb job getting our cameras back online and did it in a very neat and orderly fashion. We appreciate that he took the time to explain what he was doing and make sure we understood what he had done. It is a pleasure to do business with someone who is both competent and personable.
Our experience with SST has been great! The equipment they provided us with is “state of the art “, and all the people we’ve dealt with have been fantastic, including Eric, Neli, Lucky, and Al. Our primary installation technician (Lucky) was very patient in answering all our questions, as was his colleague (Al), and Lucky made a 2nd trip to our home, to double check that the system was setup to our personal preference, and to make sure that we were comfortable with everything.
Josh & Albert were fantastic! Went above and beyond. Seemlessly helped transition from Cox to Directtv. Programmed all devices to our liking, mounted a new TV, removed all cox equipment and reprogrammed our universal remote. Have been a longtime SST customer and their service team is a big reason why.
I want to acknowledge the outstanding support I received from Al on 6/9/2026. He resolved the light flicker switch issue promptly and took extra time to answered my questions. Al is, in my view, a great asset to your company. Please share my sincere gratitude with him. Thank you.
The SST technicians are very knowledgeable and efficient. They are friendly and provide a great service! Omar and Al both hit home runs today!!
