Professional service and very informative
John, the SST technician did an excellent job on the installation. He explained clearly how the upgraded system works.Great customer service.
Our alarm system is old and needs replacement. Alfred and John from Smart Systems Technologies came and replaced the whole system, including installation, re-wiring, and programming. The whole process only took 3 hours, and now we have the state of the art system at an affordable price. Both Alfred and John are wonderful and efficient.
Like the gentleman in the previous post, I’ve been a customer of SST for over a decade and simply would not change security services. Alfred, a technician came to my home this morning and checked all of the contacts on windows and doors. Not only that but he assisted me as I installed the alarm app. He could not have been more helpful.
