Made multiple calls regarding my ubiquity system and left voicemails and never get a call back. I will be switching soon, what am I paying for if I don't get the assistance I need?
It is very easy to use. Can control everything on the app. Bsmark installed the system and explained how to use and answered all the questions very kindly. The system itself is very reliable too. I highly recommend it.
Great job from John who helped out check my alarm sensors due to 2 false alarm warnings recently and replaced the sensors. John is very knowledgeable with good attitude and patience. Highly recommend to use SST for service.
I have used SST for six years. I haven’t had a need for customer service until now. My battery went dead on my motion sensor. I emailed customer service at 9:00 at night, and I received a response the very next business day. In fact, I had a back and forth email exchange six times that day.
