My parents and I used to stay at the Smart Suites frequently when I was attending school in the Burlington area. Back then the hotel was always clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, things have changed. Upon arrival and parking in the hotel lot I saw an individual by the dumpsters and trees with a roaring fire going in a metal trash can. This place is absolutely disgusting. The hallways literally smelled like decaying bodies.
