Needs updating
Just absolutely adorable, well maintained clean rooms. Focused on needs for extended stays. Very personable management and staff. Exemplary customer service and meeting client's needs. Pet friendly.
Room was clean and quiet, AC was cold, shower was hot, front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and will never return. Upon arrival, we were given a basement room that was nothing like the one shown during booking. The smell that hit us as soon as we opened the door was absolutely unbearable—stale, musty, and truly disgusting. Opening the windows didn’t help at all. The room felt neglected.
