Edit: We have been trying to make contact with the support department for our warranty enquiry to fix degraded grout around the shower drain and silicone that has not lasted well. I would NOT recommend Smart Style Bathrooms. We engaged Smart Style last year for bathroom renovations, and the provided interior designer was amazing. We were quoted 6-8 weeks for completion of 2 bathrooms, a powder room and a very small laundry. When our supervisor attended for a pre-appointment he said 8-10 weeks was more realistic. Would give 0 stars if possible. This so called business is under liquidation as per ASIC, however, have the audacity to still be taking calls and acting as if they are in operation, with reception staff playing unaware. They were supposed to commence works on our renovation today, 9 February, however after weeks we have not been able to get any update or communication from them. This company is currently listed as In Liquidation on ASIC's website. Their owners are not responding to the liquidator's requests for financial documents, nor are they responding to their own staff, or any clients. They owe hundreds of thousands to the Australian Tax Office. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Paid my deposits & my renovation start date was booked to start on the 19th of January but no one showed up & no one is returning my calls or responding to my emails. Avoid this company
