There are so many mice, waterbugs, lizards the whole nine totally ruined the things that I had in this storage A lot of which I couldn't keep because of it. This place needs to be updated. There was so much mice dropping all over my stuff and water bugs in my boxes. This was the worst storage. As for my name you know that this an avatar NAME AND I DO NOT HAVE THE WRONG STORAGE. THIS PLACE IS RIGHT NEXT THE THE RAILROAD TRACKS IN ROCKY MOUNT NC AND THERE ARE MICE AND ALL KINDS OF CRITTERS EVERYWHERE HERE AND IT'S RUNDOWN!!!

Finally spoke to someone they're very helpful and always very good with prices and everything. I advise anyone and everyone to rent from smart storage hq. Easy access, very cheap affordable price, and somewhat good communication. I advise when calling the number actually asking to speak someone from whatever region you're renting in.
