Some employees were lovely however there is a rude tyrant of a worker named John that makes you feel like you are putting him out when asking for basic customer service. He’s the rudest enployee I’ve ever experienced. And, when you call him on his lack of manners he likes to hand out ‘punshiments’ such as not helping you load your trailer with what you have purchased. Ordered some turf though Smart Stone easy transaction and the team at the yard very helpful and friendly also turf was nice and fresh.
Bought 2 loads sandstone 20-100mm gravel, wanted it for backfilling a wall but the amount of sand in it i could of built a sandpit instead, then told thats how it comes??? Well shouldnt you of informed your customers instead of offloading your poor quality on to respective buyers. Dosapointed!
