We are on vacation and the device locked out... a glitch on their end. The smartstart person on the phone said the device wasnt in violation mode but we would have to visit a local smart start place. This was the only option. This location charged us a $90 lock out fee (already $30 more than the smart start person on the phone quoted us) and tacked on an additional $25 because "we aren't from around here" When we asked him if he could tell us why the device locked out Augustine (the owner) was EXTREMELY rude and cut me off ... read more
Store was clean, tech was polite and patient during process. Nobody wants the service but the store made it tolerable.
Customer service was great. Very informative on the instructions that’s provided. Felt welcomed to ask any further questions, if needed, without judgement. Glad we were recommended with Smart Start!
