Do NOT use this company - I have filed several incident reports without help. They gave me a violation for not blowing because their device beeped and requested me to blow AFTER the car was shut off and AFTER I had already left the vehicle. I called Oregon State Police and they don't count it as a violation but I still had to pay $75 because Smart Start said their device was in good working order at the time of the violation- They just want your money and the customer service is AWFUL. They claim to hold themselves to a higher standard but then take you over the coals. If you are ever a tiny bit hung over don't even try as it will result in a violation. Customer service is terrible. They don't even try to express empathy. They will not let me switch companies without my license being suspended and having to pay a removal fee. It's pretty much legal extortion.
Just called and someone answered the phone breathing hard and weirdly for about ten seconds. No thanks! A shame as this was the closest to my house.
