Jeremy is amazing, called to see if he had availability & took me in straight away. 10/10 customer service. Highly would recommend.
The people that work the shop are excellent. Friendly and helpful. Fully recommend. Pretty much the opposite of Smart Start themselves.

Excellent service from the Alcohol Interlock team at Norwood . I went in feeling nervous and unsure of the process, but they were so welcoming, understanding, and professional that I quickly felt calm and comfortable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and treated me with genuine respect. What could have been an anxiety-filled experience became smooth and reassuring because of the way they handled everything. I truly appreciated their kindness and support.
