Smartstart will steal money from you in the form of over payment. I made the mistake of paying for a full month when I only had 4 days left on my idd. Neither the tech at shop or smartstart informed me that I only needed to pay for a week though the app instead taking full payment and refusing to reimburse or credit my account of the 75bks that I overpaid/overcharged immediately after appointment, choose another service provider with honest business practices.
