Terrible terrible service, I have issues with my device and only get put on long holds. The only actual humans I have talked to at this company is at the registrations/ sales side. I can never get anyone to help me and have been stranded for long periods at a time because of the terrible service.
No customer service !!!! It took me 3 days to finally get a human on the phone and only when I went in thru the payment area
Haven’t once violated the interlock and it’s making me take it in every ten days I’m on auto pay haven’t missed payments. I literally was there ten days ago drove the vehicle twice since. I just went to move it and it’s already telling me service lock. This is unacceptable and charging me early service fees is criminal when I following the rules. This is a racket!
