MUCH HARDER To GRASP THAN INTOXILOCK!THE IN STALLER & HIS WIFE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND THEIR DUTIES OF INSTALLATION.THEY TOOK ME TO AN URGENT CARE CENTER NEARBY THAT I HAD PLANNED ON GOING TO ,& ALSO GAVE US RIDES HOME WHILE HIS WIFE FOLLOWED. VERY NICE PEOPLE.!
