I WAS UNABLE TO DO THE BREATH THING DUE TO MY ASTHMA & HAVING BRONCHITIS RIGHT NOW &.MY FRIEND WAS ABLE TO START CAR THREE TIMES,BUT NONE AFTER THAT! MUCH HARDER To GRASP THAN INTOXILOCK!THE IN STALLER & HIS WIFE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND THEIR DUTIES OF INSTALLATION.THEY TOOK ME TO AN URGENT CARE CENTER NEARBY THAT I HAD PLANNED ON GOING TO ,& ALSO GAVE US RIDES HOME WHILE HIS WIFE FOLLOWED. VERY NICE PEOPLE.!
