It was all good!
I had a bit of nerves before my appointment, not knowing what to expect. But when I got there, I was greeted by my technician, Chris. Chris was super friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. He was really down-to-earth and made me feel totally at ease. The installation looks great, and I haven’t had any issues so far! I’m really happy with the service. Thanks a bunch, Chris!
My service technician was Chris he was awesome and made me feel comfortable I was running few minutes late was still able to keep my appointment he explained things very well thanks Chris see you soon!!
Worse service I’ve ever had. I’ve went through several ignition interlock companies and this is. By far the worst. I have to wait an hr to and hr and a half just to be serviced. They are impossible to get in touch with when you need help. Stay AWAY from Smart Start. HARRISONBURG VA
The technician,s here were very polite and very knowledgeable of the device they were installing on my Jeep. They both knew what they were doing. They even took time to speak to my friends little 3 year old son.Very clean & well kept shop.I an very please that I chose Smart Start in Harrisonburg Va...... Thank you.....
