I don’t know if I just have bad luck compared to others, but I’ve had my smart start device for over two years now and have had a horrible experience. The folks at the service center are GREAT! Mander Automotive employees have been nothing but helpful. These issues have nothing to do with them.. It is Smart Start that is the problem. I just got done with my interlock with smart start. This location is the best experience with the best people that works there. Helped me when needed communication was great super friendly.
They were great showing me how the interlock worked and the video was very helpful. I think they should definitely have a public bathroom because they know people will be here for a while waiting for the install. And maybe have driven a long way to get there.
They got my husband inter lock put in here, they where fast and friendly
