It was not told to me during installation that I’d have to turn the battery off, on again, then off one more time to make the device begin shutting down.

Would do no stars if I could. Not a good system. Violated me after I had turned the car off and waited 2 mins to get out and when I came back to the car an hour later it violated me saying I missed blows that I wasn’t even in the car to blow for.
I tried 5 hours to try to get the device to work. The place was closing. They would not let me leave it there. I paid $550 to have it towed to my house. I can’t get any help. The people I talk to can’t hardly speak English
Not at all happy. I have changed locations but I think it really is smart start. They don’t communicate with the calibrators and the calibrators no NOTHING.
