The company and person here very unprofessionals to there customers. I guess they closed didn’t tell the company and just moved away didn’t tell anyone with appointments or cancel help move appointments to another facility and then if you try to get help from the company it’s self they say okay we can help you then just hang up and send you to the same one, very confused ? The place that installed my device was great . The device is horrible I can’t even blow into it properly in order to get my car to start . People that are trying to be responsible and do the right thing smart start makes it hard and charges you for everything when it’s not your fault. Having this in my car is a nightmare and I can’t even go where I need to
