This company is extremely unorganized. Good luck getting any customer support when you have questions, they can’t even answer the questions that come up. Nothing at the garage was the way smart start explained it. I regret using this company.
Setup over phone was good. But, installation was delayed one day due to not having unit at installer. Phone service is terrible. A 15 min to 35 min wait and then the staff is of no service. No answers . I got a txt saying I had autopay set up and I do not authorize this and won't do it. I will pay at the time of service. If someone would like to speak to me about this I would welcome it. Thank you
