Got mine installed in Newmarket. I was told it would take 2-3hrs I was rushed out in just about an hour. That time includes them mangling my car under the hood and telling me my battery was dead. I let them know the battery had been replaced 3 months ago and that maybe they should double check the connections. The tech told me to take it back to my mechanic, which I did. The worst place ever, for shop that only does smart start they manage to be late every single time.
This smart start device is completely GARBAGE. I've had my device I'm my car for about 2 1/2 months in and out of no where my car began having problems starting. I thought maybe it was my fault so I bought a BRAND NEW BATTERY foor $300 for my Mercedes Benz (which is push to start) and had the same issue, I went back to the mechanics to check other factors like wiring/ fuses/ engine/ starter etc. before complaining to smart start. Very impolite personnel. The manager will do anything in his power to make you angry and cause you trouble. I suggest the residents of Aurora and new market to drive a little more and use the center next town. You normally are facing enough headaches when dealing with you DUI conviction and dealing with these abusive persons is the last thing you want when you start your day.
Don’t use this company. I overpaid them by $100 and they will not refund
