I have never dealt with such a bad company. They scam you into this “free installation” I called before my apt to make sure it was actually free and was told it was, show up to get it installed and was told it was not . They are quick to accuse you of violation and add a lock to your system, for one I don’t drink and haven’t for 1 year and still have to pay out of my own pocket after a calibration, I have been stranded at the side of the road reading “missed test” when I’m blowing into the machine and they are quick to blame... read more
I just wanted to leave my experience here for someone to read that isn't a negative response. I have been dealing with the same people for over a year now and they are nothing but polite and respectful. I see them once a month, and not once have I gotten attitude or experienced any negative behaviors from the tech people. I've seen a lot of customers go in and give them an attitude and the tech respond respectfully back, as well. They are professional and always helpful. Recommend.
***Please STAY AWAY*** from this shop, if you don't like to get distracted, ripped off and disappointed. The most rude and vicious people I have met in 44 years of my life. What they offer is offered by other shops a town over in each direction. Wish I could give zero stars.

Got mine installed in Newmarket. I was told it would take 2-3hrs I was rushed out in just about an hour. That time includes them mangling my car under the hood and telling me my battery was dead. I let them know the battery had been replaced 3 months ago and that maybe they should double check the connections. The tech told me to take it back to my mechanic, which I did.
