Service was great the interlock machine takes a little getting used to somewhat difficult to use just got to have a good technique
Very unprofessional. Won't answer the phone. No desire to be timely. Was over 15 minutes late getting back from lunch and spent additional time chit-chatting to others instead of responding to a customer or any requests.

So so friendly, efficient, and patient! They went above and beyond to ensure my understanding of the product and everything it entails! Even though the circumstances suck, I am actually happy to be doing this process with them!
